About Me
Growing up in Atlanta, Max Harris found his love for photography in its ability to capture a wide range of experiences, from the beauty of the north Georgia mountains to the struggles of people experiencing homelessness in Macon.
Passionate about his Jewish identity, Max spent his childhood summers at URJ Camp Coleman and helped launch Lost Tribe, a global online hub for Jewish youth engagement. He currently works for Jewish Federations of North America as Manager, State Advocacy, co-leading refugee resettlement grant programs and spearheading related advocacy initiatives in states across the country. Max has also worked on political campaigns since 2017, most recently as a Deputy Political Director for Jon Ossoff for Senate.
Max graduated from the University of Georgia Honors College with honors, a B.A. in History, and a minor in Philosophy. Currently residing in Washington, D.C., he enjoys cooking, reading, and coffee shops in his free time.
